About the programme

Det här är utbildningen för dig som vill arbeta med HR-frågor och organisationsutveckling i arbetslivet. I fokus för utbildningen står strategiskt viktiga frågor som kompetens, arbetsmiljö, mångfald i arbetslivet samt relationen mellan arbetsliv och övriga samhället. Under utbildningen får du vid flera tillfällen möjlighet att stifta bekantskap med olika arbetsplatser. Utbildningen är yrkesförberedande till en rad olika yrken som till exempel olika roller inom HR, rekryterare, verksamhetsutvecklare, projektledare, utbildare, utredare. Utbildningen är också forskningsförberedande.
