About the programme

Industridesign innebär att arbeta med produktens utformning med hänsyn till tillverkning samt mekaniska, estetiska, miljömässiga och andra funktionella kriterier. Du har ett brett tekniskt kunnande och är med och tar fram hållbara lösningar för framtidens produkter.

I programmets industridesignavsnitt ingår moment som designhistoria, designmetodik, förstudie och analys, hållbar design, skissteknik, färg, form, gestaltning, presentationsteknik och designprojekt. Utbildningens tekniska bas utgörs av maskinteknik som är ett brett teknikområde som ger dig förståelse för produkter och utvecklingsprocesser. Exempel på sådant du kommer att läsa är mekanik, hållfasthetslära, solidmodellering, hållbar utveckling, industridesign, entreprenörskap, konstruktionsteknik och produktutveckling.
