Som utbildad gastronom kan du arbeta med att leda verksamheter och utveckla framtidens måltidsupplevelser. Arbetsmarknaden för utbildade gastronomer är bred och finns inom branscher som restaurang, offentlig sektor och livsmedelsindustrin. Efter dina studier kommer du kunna arbeta som kock, köksmästare, sommelier eller egenföretagare inom området. Genom vår verksamhetsförlagda utbildning (VFU) kan du få in en fot i branschen redan under studietiden, vilket stärker din position genom praktisk erfarenhet och ett professionellt nätverk.
