Den globala handeln ökar ständigt och allting du äger har transporterats till dig i en noggrant uttänkt logistikkedja där tidsåtgång, miljöpåverkan och lönsamhet är viktiga faktorer. När det uppstår störningar orsakade av omvärldshändelser blir du kuggen i hjulet som löser problemen för att kedjan ska kunna rulla på igen.
