About the programme
Personal- och organisationsfrågor blir allt viktigare i dagens arbetsliv. Anställdas organisering, kompetens, engagemang och hälsa är avgörande för såväl företags som offentliga organisationers framgång, tillsammans med frågor kring genus, mångfald och hållbar utveckling. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter för en personalvetare är rekrytering, organisations-, ledarskaps- och kompetensutveckling, coachning, rehabilitering, personalsocialt arbete, arbetsrättsfrågor, personalekonomi, arbetsmiljö-, konflikt- och förhandlingsarbete.
Programmet omfattar 180 hp inom huvudämnet sociologi med inriktning mot organisation och arbetsliv. Utbildningen innehåller även kurser i personalarbete och arbetsrätt. Den avslutande valbara terminen erbjuds två profilskapande kurser, varav en innehåller praktik. Det senare innebär att du självständigt under handledning genomför olika organisations- och personalutvecklande arbetsuppgifter på en arbetsplats. Som alternativ kan du ersätta den avslutande terminen med studier utomlands eller läsa en fristående kurs.
