Vill du göra skillnad i arbetslivet? Utbildningen ger teoretisk och praktisk kunskap för dig som är intresserad av att arbeta med frågor som rör organisation, personal och arbetsmarknad. Programmet tar avstamp i samspel mellan människor i organisationer och förbereder dig för analys och praktisk hantering av olika personal- och arbetslivsfrågor såsom kompetensförsörjning, arbetsmiljö, hälsa, lika villkor och organisationsutveckling.
