Du får kompetens att planera säkra och näringsriktiga måltider, utveckla nya livsmedel och bidra till att maten hanteras ansvarsfullt – från produktion till tallrik. Programmet ges på distans med 100 % studietakt under dagtid. Du möter engagerade lärare och medstudenter via nätet, med 1-2 obligatoriska träffar per termin i Umeå samt digitala möten under terminen.
