About the programme

Tycker du om att arbeta med människor och vill bidra till att utveckla både medarbetare och organisationer är Personal- och arbetslivsprogrammet (PAL-programmet) rätt för dig! Programmet ger dig fördjupade kunskaper om arbetsliv i bred bemärkelse. Kunskap byggs genom att studera arbetslivet ur individuella, organisatoriska och samhälleliga perspektiv. Detta bygger på arbetsvetenskapliga och personalvetenskapliga perspektiv och teorier som profileras mot hållbar utveckling med särskild betoning på social hållbarhet. Områdena arbetsmarknad, arbetsorganisation och arbetsmiljö står i fokus, med syftet att skapa ett hållbart arbetsliv. Programmet har en bred förankring och samverkan med det omgivande samhället.
